The Cereal Series is back.

This time with Reese's Puffs.

Start with a chocolate base.

While the base is freezing, toss the Reese's Puffs in the freezer too.

And then the real MVP…

Lakanto peanut butter powder.

It's naturally sweetened, only has 3 grams of net carbs and adds 7 grams of protein per serving.

Mix in a touch of water and you get perfect drizzle-able peanut butter.

After one spin, mix half of it into the base, along with 3/4 of your Reese's Puffs.

Once the pint is done spinning, add the rest of the peanut butter, and crumble the remaining Reese's Puffs over top.

Rich, indulgent, sweet, salty, crunchy.

Hits every note.

P.S. If you want to save 15% on the Lakanto peanut butter powder, use code ELI15 at checkout.

Rotten Candy Tiniez sour protein candy bags with 190 calories and 11 grams of protein per bag

This week I tried Rotten Candy's Tiniez.

They're basically sour Skittle dupes.

I honestly haven't had anything as sour as these in years (this is a good thing 😂).

Softer chew than a real Skittle, but still holds that same bite.

But they're only 190 calories and 11 grams of protein.

For the whole bag…

For candy that tastes like that, that's insane.

$23.99 for 8 bags. About $3 a bag.

So Tiniez are slightly more expensive than Skittles, but you're getting 40% of the sugar, and 11 grams more protein.

The verdict:

8.8/10

Find it.

(Bonus: their gummy clusters are basically identical to Nerd's gummy clusters. Skip the spicy ones though, those were disgusting.)

Ninja Creami 101 tips video covering spin cycles, freeze time and re-spin for a powdery pint

Watch the full video.

I've spent the last 3 years dialing in over 300 recipes, and making well over 1,000 pints in the process.

And my audience has been growing a lot recently (seriously thank you so much for the support).

So I've been reworking and reposting my Ninja Creami 101 series. Everything I know about the machine, broken into a few videos.

If you've been struggling with your pints, this is for you.

Here's the truth about a few common tips floating around:

Don't add milk between spins if your pint looks powdery. Trust the process and remember, just keep spinning.

Some people say freeze with the lid off. I've tried, but I've never noticed a difference.

Here's my actual process:

Freeze the base for at least 16 hours (24+ is ideal).

Lite Ice Cream cycle first.

Re-spin if very powdery.

Mix-in cycle for your add-ins.

If you have the Creami Swirl, you can get the job done in less spins.

But if you have the other models, it might take one or two extra.

I made a YouTube playlist to put all of my tips and tricks videos in one place.
