Flavor of the week
I teamed up with my friend Sillz to make the World's Healthiest Sorbet.
304 cal. 35g net carbs, 2g fat, 27g protein, 13g fiber.
It's part of my Summer Sorbet Series.
Here's the thing people get wrong…
Health and weight loss are not the same thing.
Weight loss doesn't always mean health.
Health doesn't always mean weight loss.
Most of my recipes live in the weight loss lane and are focused on less calories and more protein (which generally leads to health).
This one's different.
This is actually healthy. Vitamins. Minerals. Fiber. The stuff your body needs regardless of the number on the scale.
Sometimes it's nice to make something that's just good for you.
And this one gets bonus points because it tasted ridiculous.
Rapid Reviews
Muscle Milk just reformulated.

If you know the brand, you know the reputation.
And it's not a good one.
But they switched to ultra filtered milk earlier this year, which puts them a lot closer to Fairlife territory.
240 calories. 42 grams of protein.
The macros caught up.
But they use stevia.
And you already know how I feel about that…
It's the one thing holding it back from being great.
The verdict:
6.8/10
Find it or Forget it. Up to you.
P.S. I would give the old formula a 3 so this is a MASSIVE improvement.
In the Lab
Whoop sent me one of their wearables last week.

I posted a story asking if I should switch from my Apple Watch.
I have never gotten that many replies in my life. Like, what are they paying you guys??
So let's talk about it.
Whoop tracks data around recovery, strain, sleep and heart rate variability in a way Apple Watch just doesn't.
The charger is designed to work while you're wearing it so you never have to take it off.
Everything about it is great for the athletes looking to have the most data possible in order to optimize performance.
No screen means fewer distractions too.
But here's my hesitation…
I use my Apple Watch constantly.
I check notifications for my socials. I use the camera feature so I can see what I'm filming. I check the time.
And there's also the cost factor.
Apple Watch is a one time purchase. Whereas Whoop requires an ongoing subscription that's not cheap.
The people who love Whoop swear by the data.
The people who don't say the data is cool, but doesn't actually change what they do that day.
So this is what I'm thinking.
What if I wore both for a week?
That way I can do a full side by side comparison with real data.
