Flavor of the week

This week's Creami pint is the Double Oreo.

I took my Brownie Batter (aka “The Rusty Pipe”) recipe and added oreos.

My favorite Creami base and my favorite mix in…

I have no clue why I didn't make this sooner.

It's a top 3 recipe of all time.

Check it out and let me know if you agree.

Rapid Reviews

You might've seen the video, but this week I tried Organic Valley Protein Plus Milk.

Organic Valley Protein Plus vs Fairlife protein milk comparison

Watch the full video.

Fairlife is the golden standard I always use as my reference point.

And when you pick the hood up on this guy, they have the exact same ingredients…

And same macros down to the micronutrient.

No shocker here but it tastes basically the same.

Two big differences:

Organic Valley has the organic label…and it costs 40% more.

So is the organic label worth paying 40% extra?

For me, no.

If you care about organic, maybe it's worth it to you.

If you don't? Stick with Fairlife.

The Verdict:

6.1/10

It's fine.

In the Lab

I did a collab this week with Certified Health Coach Hunter Stoler.

He's all about helping people eat clean food and live a healthier life.

Before we filmed, I was a little nervous.

I knew he was going to scrutinize every single ingredient that went into the recipe.

Turns out...

He had almost nothing to change.

The only swap we made was changing the Oreos for a clean dupe.

And it is worth noting that we did use the Organic Valley Protein Plus Milk for this recipe instead of Fairlife.

But like I mentioned in rapid reviews, literally the only difference is the organic label.

Every ingredient, macronutrient, and micronutrient is exactly the same.

And everything else passed the test.

I've always been confident in the macros of my recipes, but getting the stamp of approval from Hunter was huge.

These Creami pints aren't just low calorie.

The ingredients are clean and they hold up to the strictest critics.

You don't have to choose between eating clean and eating high protein, low calorie.

You can do both.
